Sustainable Development.

"Why do changes, even though enthusiastically launched in the beginning, often slip back into the older patterns?"  (Kenneth Benne,  Human Relations in Curriculum Change)  Transformational Marxists resolved the problem of Communist leaders "falling back into their old ways," i.e. becoming dictators over "the people" instead of working with them to sustain 'change.'  They considered Stalin as just another Hitler and traditional Communism as Fascist in structure, i.e. sustaining a "top-down" form of government.  The solution was to initiate and sustain a method of setting policy which would inhibit or block any one person (or block of citizens) from taking control over a meeting, dictating his (their) terms for resolution to a crisis.

The contemporary classroom with its "group grade" method was developed to create and sustain a citizenry which would not bow to or follow a one man as leader (or specific group of people as leaders) form of government.  In fact, without the "input" of all the citizens (all the students in the group), policy would be considered as being established according to a dictatorship.  The soviet, as in the Soviet Union, did not work, according to the Transformational Marxist's, because policy was not made through the consensus process somewhere along the way.  Without a citizenry properly "trained" (programed) in the soviet system (group grade system) leaders could take control over the citizens, forcing them to do that which goes counter to "human nature," i.e. making themselves as God (to be obeyed without question) in the eyes of the people.

The "group grade," i.e. the soviet (which is the backbone of not only initiating but sustaining 'change') is: a diverse group of students or citizens (some further along in the process of 'change' than others), dialoguing their opinions to a consensus (there is no "top-down" authority in the dialoguing of opinions, and consensus requires that all have emotional input in the final decision, i.e. because of the diversity of the group making the outcome worldly only), in a facilitated meeting (anyone who submits themselves to the facilitated meeting abdicates their authority to the seducer, deceiver, and manipulator of 'change,' who is trained in how to keep his position in the meeting to prevent any "top-down" authority from taking his place, preventing them from turning the group meeting into a "top-down" approving session), to a pre-determined outcome (that no policy is to be made without the consensus process).  By training the citizens to accept this way of setting policy (in the classroom, in the workplace, in government, in the church, in the home, etc.), global communism can be not only initiated (developed) but also sustained.

Without the soviet form of policy setting environment, Sustainable Development will not work.  It is what Sustainable Development is all about, guaranteeing the use of the soviet pattern (the consensus process) in setting policy.  There is no true representation (other than the representation of common-ism) in the consensus process.  By government policy being made through this method, traditional "top-down" authority, as in private property and business is negated, i.e. taken over by government programs run by the process of consensus, i.e. by the soviet system, telling the citizens what they can and can not do with "their" property (which is now everybody's, i.e. "the peoples" property).

"Bypassing the traditional channels of top-down decision making, our objective centers upon .... transform public opinion into an effective instrument of global politics." "Individual values must be measured by their contribution to common interests and ultimately to world interests.... transforming public consensus into one favorable to the emergence of a stable and humanistic world order." "Consensus is both a personal and a political step. It is a precondition of all future steps..."  (Ervin Laszlo, A Strategy for the Future: The Systems Approach to World Order)

"It is proposed that no facts or opinion be considered by the Congress unless the facts and opinions be the established consensus of a group of collaborators."  (Harry Stack Sullivan, The Fusion of Psychiatry and Social Science)  The basis for policy setting in the UN.
